Hall of Fame
Sha’Quana Veney was a member of the women’s volleyball team from 2004 until 2007. She helped lead the Lady Broncos to the 2007 CIAA Championship title and was named First Team All-CIAA as a libero (defensive specialist). Career honors also include All-CIAA Second Team honors in 2005 and First Team honors in 2006.
Sha’Quana led the team in digs for three seasons from 2005 to 2007. Her total number of digs increased from 380 her sophomore year to 578 in her senior season. She was recently the Head Volleyball Coach for Virginia Union University from 2014 through 2016.
