Matching Gifts - The donor must consult the benefits office at his/her place of employment to see about matching gift eligibility. If eligible, the donor must fill out a matching gift form from his/her employer and submit it with the donation. The donor is responsible for ensuring that all matching gift funds arrive in a timely manner.
Planned Gifts - Individuals may make gifts through their estate. Charitable Remainder Trusts, Pooled Income Funds, and Charitable Gift Annuities allow donors to make major gifts to FSU Athletics and retain income for a fixed period of time.
Memorial Gifts - Memorial gifts are a fitting and loving way to pay special tribute to a loved one. Donors may make gifts to the FSU Athletics in memory of loved ones or friends. On the memo line of your check, specify the name of a loved one. Additionally, please provide the name and address of the family member you would like us to notify of your gift.
Gifts-in-Kind - Gifts of goods or services can be great financial assistance to FSU Athletics while offering the donor a tax deduction for the fair market value of the gift. All Gifts-in-Kind must be submitted in writing and pre-approved by the Assistant AD/Development.
Real Estate - Gifts of real estate may also be of value for Fayetteville State University Athletics. In addition, real estate donations may also provide substantial tax benefits for donors.
