Pawley's Island, SC – The Fayetteville State golf program finished 55-over par at the Spring Bulldog Clash at the Caledonia Golf and Fish Club in Pawley's Island, South Carolina. The Broncos collected a three-round total of 895  (298, 297, 300) strokes. Caden Hodges ranked tied for 39th individually with 219 strokes.

Hodges, a freshman from Dunn, NC, scored a par 70 (E) after the first round of 18 holes white four birdies and eight even par holes. The performance ranked him 15th on the leaderboard. Playing 36 holes in one day, Hodges added four more strokes to his even score for a 144 scorecard, dropping nine positions to the 24th slot. He shot a 75 In the final round. He finished the tournament with a total of seven birdies and 36 pars.

Brandon Jones (Sandford, NC) and Juan Lopez (Spain, Madrid) finished with 227 stokes each to tie for 72nd. Jack McCarthy (Winston-Salem, NC) was 80th with a 228 and Shaun Wixson (Fayetteville, NC) WAS 83rd with a 229 scorecard.

Lopez had the Broncos' best score (73) in the second round. Jones' 74 was the top card in the third.

Fayetteville State outplayed the defending CIAA Champs Livingstone, who finished tied for 18th with 911 strokes.
