Aaliyah Whyte Field Athlete of the Week.

Senior thrower
Aaliyah Whyte continued her dominant indoor season, highlighted by a
first‑place finish in the weight throw at the Tryon Banked Invitational with a season‑best
16.00m (52'6"). She remains the
CIAA leader in the weight throw and ranks
third in the conference in the shot put, further solidifying her position as one of the league's top field athletes. Whyte also added a
12.19m (40'0") shot‑put mark at Tryon to cap another strong week.
The team will travel to Winston-Salem, NC, to compete in the JDL Fast Track Camel City Meet on February 7th.
