CHARLOTTE, NC -- The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) has named Fayetteville State's men's basketball player, Larry Howell, as week #9 Player of the Week.

Larry Howell, a senior business marketing major from Orangeburg, SC, delivered a dominant and highly efficient week, posting back‑to‑back 23‑point performances while controlling the glass and providing steady two‑way production. Across two games, he totaled 46 points, 18 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals, and 1 block, while shooting nearly 45% from the field and an elite 20–21 from the free‑throw line. His combination of scoring efficiency, physical rebounding, and clutch free‑throw shooting made him the driving force of the offense all week.
