PETERSBURG, VA — Fayetteville State University's men's golf team finished 11th overall at the 2025 Griffin Invitational, hosted at the Country Club of Petersburg. The Broncos posted a three-round team score of 899 (303,292,304), competing against a strong field of regional and national programs.
Sutton Dreier led the Broncos with a 223 total (77-72-74), finishing as the team's top performer. Dreier recorded six birdies over the three rounds and was the only FSU golfer to shoot even-par, carding a 72 in Round 2.
Donald Barnett followed with a consistent 225 (75-75-75), while Landon Cabingas posted a 229 (74-76-79). Allan Terrazas and Jack McCarthy each finished at 230, with Terrazas rebounding from an opening-round 81 to shoot 73 and 76 in the final two rounds.
