OKATIE, SC - The Fayetteville State men's golf team competed at the Oldfield Club in Okatie, South Carolina, hosted by USC Beaufort from February 24-25. The team finished with a total score of 902, placing them in the middle of the pack. Their rounds were 302, 294, and 306 respectively.
Allan Terrazas led the team with a solid performance, particularly shining in the second round with a score of 70. Terrazas recorded birdies on holes 1, 7, 10, 14, and 18 during the second round, showcasing his skill and consistency. Despite a challenging third round, Terrazas managed to keep his composure and contribute significantly to the team's overall score.
The top three teams in the tournament were USC Beaufort, Arkansas Tech, and Shorter, with scores of 859, 874, and 877 respectively. USC Beaufort's rounds were 287, 282, and 290. Arkansas Tech posted rounds of 296, 290, and 288, while Shorter recorded rounds of 288, 295, and 294.
