Isaiah Sutherland, a promising freshman at Fayetteville State University, stands tall at 6’9" and weighs 205 pounds. Born on December 7, 2004, in Nassau, Bahamas, Isaiah is a power forward for the university’s basketball team. He graduated from UFCA High School in 2024, where he also played varsity basketball. Majoring in Communications, Isaiah is dedicated to becoming the best version of himself and aims to be a guiding light for others. Known for his hidden talents in swimming, water polo, and performing a one-minute handstand, Isaiah enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. His most memorable sports experience is getting his first in-game dunk. Inspired by his parents, Shannon Cogen and Ishmeal Sutherland, whom he considers the coolest people in the world, Isaiah chose FSU to grow both as a basketball player and as a man.
