ROANOKE, W. VA (September 27, 2021) - Fayetteville State's men's golf team finished eleventh at the Davis and Elkins Invitational at the Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia. 

The Broncos compiled a total score of 644, 68 over par (330, 314). Holt Walker led the pack stroking 80 in the first round and 72 in his second, which earned him a tied slot for the sixteenth position. He tied the slot with hosting players and eventual tournament winners, Davis and Elkins' Jac Harlen Robertson (74, 78), Jordan Hyland (78, 74), and Justin Scally (73, 79) of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. 

The men travel to Salisbury, NC to compete at the Richard Rendleman Invitational hosted by Catawba College on October 4th.
