Fayetteville, NC - The Fayetteville State University Foundation, Inc. (FSUF) is honored to sponsor the inaugural Felton J. Capel, Sr. Celebrity Golf Classic on August 3-5, 2008, at the Ellis Maples designed course of The Country Club of Whispering Pines in Southern Pines, NC. This special event promises to be one of enjoyment as all proceeds will provide funding for much needed scholarship support at Fayetteville State University.

During this two day event, the FSUF will also host a Celebrity Pairing Party in which a live auction will be held and conducted by Mr. Capel's son, Mitchell Capel. Individual golfers will be paired by the golf course and group tee times will be assigned for play on Monday, August 4th, 2008.

The event goal is not only to provide scholarship opportunities for students, but to create an exciting and friendly environment as well. This is a great time for your business to help reinforce the legacy of giving.
