Isaiah Boyd is a powerful presence on the defensive line for the FSU Broncos. A transfer from Limestone University, Isaiah brings veteran experience and leadership to the field. During his standout high school career at Lexington High School, he earned 2x All-Region, 2020 All-State, and was named Team MVP in his senior year.

Now in his redshirt senior season, Isaiah is pursuing a degree in Health and Physical Education with plans to earn a master’s in Exercise Science and become a college strength and conditioning coach. Off the field, he enjoys listening to music, playing video games, and staying active.

Isaiah credits his mother, Kimberly Preston, as the most influential person in his life, recognizing her hard work, sacrifice, and constant support. One of his most memorable moments as a Bronco was competing in the 2023 CIAA Championship. He chose FSU for its strong HBCU legacy, welcoming environment, and the genuine connection he felt with the coaching staff during his transfer process.
