Courtlynn Edwards joins the Fayetteville State University women’s volleyball program as a freshman middle hitter, bringing leadership, athleticism, and a passion for competition to the Broncos. A native of Severna Park, Maryland, Edwards was a standout at Severna Park High School, where she earned All-County First Team honors and served as varsity captain.

Edwards is pursuing a degree in Forensic Science with aspirations of becoming a forensic toxicologist or analyst. She chose FSU for its accredited academic program and the strength of its volleyball culture. Her most memorable sports moment was winning her senior night game, a reflection of her dedication and team spirit.

Off the court, Edwards enjoys traveling and has a hidden talent for drawing. She credits her mother, Stacey Edwards, as the most influential person in her life for teaching her resilience and perseverance through tough times.
