Kendall Jackson begins her collegiate softball journey with the Fayetteville State Broncos as a versatile player capable of contributing at second base, third base, and in the pitching circle. Wearing jersey number 10, the Mauldin, South Carolina native stands at 5’3” and brings athleticism and determination to the Broncos roster. A right-handed hitter and thrower, Jackson’s flexibility makes her a valuable asset in multiple positions.
A graduate of Mountain View Preparatory, Kendall enters FSU as a Biology major, driven by her passion for science and her long-term goal of attending medical school. She plans to become a radiologist or dermatologist, and chose her major to gain extensive lab experience and a strong foundation in the sciences.
Jackson’s greatest inspiration is her father, who taught her that through hard work and dedication, anything is possible—even when challenges arise. That mindset has helped her excel both academically and athletically. Her favorite part of FSU so far has been meeting new people and making lasting friendships, which she values as much as her time on the field.
One unique fact about Kendall? Her middle name is Kobe, named after basketball legend Kobe Bryant—her dad’s favorite player. On game days, she focuses on staying positive and prepared, ready to contribute wherever the team needs her most.
With her versatility, strong work ethic, and big aspirations, Kendall Jackson is poised to make an impact for the Broncos in her freshman season and beyond.
