Malachi Jones is a standout offensive lineman for the Broncos, known for his size, strength, and versatility. At 6’4” and 323 pounds, Jones brings a commanding presence to the field. A native of Bristol, Connecticut, he graduated from Bristol Central High School in 2022, where he earned Defensive MVP honors, set the school record in indoor track shotput, and was named All-Conference and All-State in football.
Jones is currently a junior at Fayetteville State University, majoring in Business Administration. He chose FSU for its warm hospitality and the sense of family and belonging he felt on campus. His ultimate goals include playing in the NFL and opening his own restaurant.
Outside of football, Malachi enjoys pottery and has a passion for working with youth. He’s actively involved in community service through his work at the Boys and Girls Club in Bristol, where he finds meaningful opportunities to give back. He credits his father, Nicolas Jones Jr., as the most influential person in his life for setting the standard of excellence in family and character.
One of his most memorable sports moments was intercepting a screen pass in high school and coming within five yards of scoring a pick-six — a rare feat for a lineman.
