Fayetteville State University Athletics

Kevin Lewis Jr. begins his collegiate football career at Fayetteville State University as a freshman offensive lineman, bringing size, grit, and a winning mentality to the Broncos’ front. A native of Tampa, Florida, Lewis is a graduate of Jefferson High School, where he earned multiple honors including Most Improved, First Team All-Western Conference, Second Team All-Western Conference, and Second Team All-District. He also competed in wrestling, showcasing his strength and agility across sports.

One of his most memorable athletic moments came during Jefferson’s undefeated 10-0 regular season and district championship run in 2024. Off the field, Lewis is pursuing a Pre-Med major with aspirations of playing in the NFL and eventually taking over his family business. He’s also a talented cook, often spending his free time in the kitchen.

Lewis credits his grandmother as the most influential person in his life, admiring her resilience and generosity. He chose Fayetteville State after receiving an offer and discovering the school’s strong sense of community and commitment to student-athlete development.
