Elisha Roberts begins his collegiate journey at Fayetteville State University as a freshman linebacker, bringing a versatile athletic background and a hunger to make his mark. A native of Durham, North Carolina, Roberts is a multi-sport standout from Southern Durham High School, where he excelled in football, baseball, and wrestling. His high school accolades include being named Defensive Player of the Year, earning two All-Conference selections in football and baseball, a Golden Glove award, and three All-Conference honors in wrestling.
Roberts is known for his physicality, competitive edge, and leadership on the field. Off the field, he’s pursuing a degree in Business Risk Management with aspirations of going pro and eventually giving back to the sport through coaching and mentorship. He credits his mother as the most influential person in his life, always pushing him to succeed.
His most memorable sports moment came when he helped lead his team to a high school championship, a testament to his dedication and hard work. Roberts chose Fayetteville State for its family-oriented atmosphere, strong athletic tradition, and the opportunity to grow both as a player and a person. When he's not on the field, he enjoys drawing, gaming, and watching sports highlights with friends.
