Biography

Amari Best is a quick and instinctive defensive back for the Broncos, bringing athleticism and versatility to the secondary. A native of Whiteville, North Carolina, Best graduated from Whiteville High School in 2024, where he was a standout in football, basketball, and track. He earned All-Conference honors and was named Team MVP, showcasing his leadership and impact on the field.

Now a sophomore at Fayetteville State University, Best is majoring in Sports & Fitness Management and is focused on continuing his development with aspirations of reaching the NFL. Off the field, Amari enjoys track and has a unique hidden talent—he can ride horses.

He credits his parents as the most influential people in his life, recognizing their support and sacrifices as the foundation of his success. Amari chose FSU because it felt like a place where he could truly thrive, both as a student and an athlete.
