Biography
Faith Kiplimo is a freshman distance runner from Eldoret, Kenya, competing in both cross country and track & field. A graduate of Yemit Girls High School, Faith earned multiple trophies during her high school career and continued her success at the collegiate level with medals and additional accolades. She also played varsity basketball, showcasing her athletic versatility.
Faith transferred to FSU from the University of Connecticut to pursue her dream of becoming a professional athlete while studying Nursing. She chose FSU for its strong academic reputation, support for student-athletes, and its identity as her dream school. Her most memorable sports experience was competing in the Big East Championship, and she credits her parents as the most influential people in her life for their constant support and encouragement.
Outside of athletics, Faith enjoys studying, running, and exploring her hidden talent for adventure. She is passionate about long-distance competition and is committed to excelling both on the course and in the classroom.
