BRONCO TAILGATING LOT K

Tailgating space for the Fayetteville State University 2024 Football Season is now available.  We want FSU Football to be enjoyable for our fans and visiting team fans.  Tailgaters must pre-register to reserve tailgate space prior to game-day and will receive one (1) tailgate space [one (1) vehicle space & two (2) grill spaces] and one (1) general admission game ticket. 

Tailgate lots consisting of a fourth space will cost an additional $30.

NEW RV PRICING: To obtain an RV space, please purchase two lots side-by-side. RV Space consists of two (2) designated grilling spaces, four (4) spaces to park the RV, and one general admission ticket. 
 
Spaces will be sold first-come-first-servederved basis. Individual HOMECOMING spaces MUST be paid for and secured on or before Friday, October 11, 2024.

The actual tailgating area will be designated numerically and corresponding parking will be designated alphabetically (see map).
 

Football Tailgate Lot K


Our number one priority is your safety! For those reasons, tailgaters will be expected to meet the stated requirements below:

  • All tailgating activities will be held in Parking Lot K of FSU's Parking Lots;
  • No gas power generators are allowed;
  • Propane/Gas grills are allowed;
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed;
  • No glass containers -- use cans, plastic cups, or plastic bottles only;
  • No indoor use furniture should be placed in tailgate areas such as sofas or recliners;
  • Only portable radio/stereo units will be allowed. Stereo units requiring an external power source are not allowed. Volume and the language in music must be appropriate for all ages;
  • No pets are allowed in any of the parking lots during tailgating hours;
  • Tailgating access will begin four (4) hours prior to kick-off; HOMECOMING setup can begin at 5 am but will end at 11 am due to campus gates closing for the parade route.
  • Tailgate activities must shut down one (1) hour after the game ends. Campus Police will ask those failing to comply to leave the premises.
  • Tailgaters must respect those around them and be mindful that FSU students are subject to policies within the FSU Student Handbook. Everyone is subject to the rules and regulations of the State of North Carolina, the City of Fayetteville, Fayetteville State University, and the Broncos' Athletics Department.
  • Waste items and trash, including charcoal, must be disposed of in the appropriate containers provided on the grounds.

Any violations of this policy may result in the termination of tailgate privileges and criminal prosecution and/or action taken through the FSU Office of Public Safety, the FSU Dean of Students, or the Fayetteville Police Department.
