2011: Played in eight games as a freshman...Was eighth on the team in tackles with 32 (22 solo, ten assisted)...Forced one fumble on the season...Had one fumble recovery which was returned for 70 yards for a touchdown...Recorded a career-high seven tackles in season finale against Virginia Union (11/5)...Picked up six tackles in first collegiate game against Carson-Newman (9/8)...Added five tackles in back-to-back games against Virginia State (10/8) and Shaw (10/15).

High School: Attended Manteo High School...Led the defense as a senior with 134 tackles (84 unassisted)...Averaged 9.6 tackles per game and led the team with four interceptions...Rushed for a team-high 1,091 yards and 12 touchdowns...Caught seven passes for 241 yards and two touchdowns.
