Biography

Lillian Mozzi is a senior on the Fayetteville State University women’s bowling team, known for her precision, leadership, and academic excellence. A multi-sport athlete in high school, Mozzi competed in volleyball, softball, and bowling, earning MVP and Coaches Award honors at the University School of Nashville.

Since joining FSU, she has been a standout both on the lanes and in the classroom. Her collegiate accolades include Newcomer High Average, two championship titles, and recognition on the Chancellor’s List four times. She is also a member of NSLS, Psi Chi, and the Ladies of Academic Excellence.

Mozzi is majoring in Psychology and plans to pursue a Master’s of Education in School Counseling. She’s already been invited to coach the middle and high school bowling teams at her alma mater after graduation—a testament to her impact and dedication to the sport.

Outside of bowling, Mozzi enjoys playing card games with her roommates, listening to music, and watching documentaries. She’s also a talented singer with a released single. She credits her parents, teammates, and coaches as the most influential people in her life, each playing a role in her growth and resilience.

Her most memorable sports moment came during her freshman year championship match, where she bowled her personal best and helped secure the win. She chose Fayetteville State after hearing about Coach Henderson and the team’s reputation—and quickly found a new home in the Bronco family.
