Kipchirchir Earns CIAA Men's Cross Country Performer of the Week Honors

CHARLOTTE, NC – Fayetteville State Franklin Kipchirchir has been named the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Men's Cross Country Performer of the Week, earning recognition after an impressive showing at the Queen City Invitational.

Competing in the men's 8K race, Kipchirchir led the Broncos with an outstanding second-place finish, crossing the finish line in 24:45.5 against a competitive field.

The Broncos' next meet is the Rams Atlantic Region Preview, hosted by Winston-Salem State University on Friday, Sept. 25th.
