FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — March 13, 2026 — Fayetteville State Bowling electrified the home crowd on Friday as the Broncos opened the 2025–26 CIAA Bowling Event #3 with a flawless 5–0 record at B&B Bowling Lanes. The highlight of the day—and one of the signature moments of the entire CIAA season—came when senior standout Nicole Sarko rolled a perfect 300 game, powering FSU to its most dominant team performance of the afternoon.
Sarko's perfect game arrived in Game 4 and instantly shifted the atmosphere inside the venue, fueling the Broncos to a 1,094‑pin team total for the round. She finished the afternoon with a 1,021 total and a 204.2 average, but her 300 stole the show and marked one of the most noteworthy achievements in recent Fayetteville State and CIAA bowling history.
"Nicole delivered something truly special today," said Head Coach Bobby Henderson. "A 300 game is a rare accomplishment, and she earned every bit of it. That performance energized our team and set the tone for a strong finish on Day One."
Veteran anchor Paige Rockwell matched the day's intensity with a stellar five‑game block totaling 1,083 pins and a 216.6 average. Her 240 in Game 3 was FSU's second-highest individual score of the day behind Sarko's perfect effort.
Janari Aiken contributed a high-powered four‑game set of 837 pins (209.25 avg.), highlighted by a 224 in her third game.
