Fayetteville, NC – The FSU Women's Basketball team is set to take on the Livingstone Blue Bears this Saturday, Feb. 17 for Senior Day. Game time begins at 2:00 pm followed by the men's game at 4:00 pm, in the Felton J. Capel Arena.
Seniors Aniylah Bryant and Laila Harris will be acknowledged.
The doubleheader will be streamed live on the FSU Broncos Sports Network.
The History

About the Broncos
The Broncos are currently 14-1 in conference play and 21-2 overall. They continue to hold their at-home winning streak at 11-0 and hope to keep that streak going this Saturday. Since the Broncos and Blue Bears met last time, the Broncos have been on a 6-0 winning streak (Winston-Salem 63-49, Claflin 67-50, St. Augustine's 72-62, Shaw 59-44, Johnson C. Smith 64-56, Winston-Salem 48-47).
In their most recent game on Feb. 15 vs Winston-Salem State, the Broncos sealed the victory with Aniylah Bryant's game-winning shot with only five seconds remaining on the clock to put the team up for a 48-47 victory.
Team leaders included Talia Trotter, who had 10 points, two steals, and two blocks. Keayna McLaughlin tacked on 10 points and three steals and Bryant added nine points, seven rebounds, and four steals.
About the Blue Bears
Livingstone is 3-12 in conference play and 5-14 overall. Since the Blue Bears and Broncos met last time this season, the Blue Bears have played six games. The results of those games stand at 1-5 (Mars Hill 59-78 L, St. Augustine's 52-95 L, Winston-Salem 62-74 L, Shaw 68-62 W, St. Augustine's 59-68 L).
In their most recent game vs St. Augustine's, the Blue Bears had three players score in double figures. Freshman Nielle Reaves accomplished her first career double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Senior Jamiah Lane and Junior Thalia Carter followed with 12 and 11 points, respectively.
Junior Morgan Kelson tied with Reaves with 10 rebounds.
