Charlotte, NC (Monday, January 24, 2022) – Fayetteville State's Morgan Graham was named this week's CIAA Food Lion Women's Defensive Player of the Week after registering eight blocks (four per game) and four steals over two games. The freshman Raleigh, NC native led all defenders with four blocks each game while scoring 19 points (9.5 per game) with nine total rebounds (five defensive) for the week.
 
The Broncos host Virginia Union University tonight at 5:30 in Capel Arena and travel to Claflin University on Thursday. Fayetteville State will return to Capel on Saturday, January 29 for a matchup against Saint Augustine's University.
