Fayetteville State's Aniylah Bryant was named the CIAA's Food Lion Women's Basketball Player of the Week after averaging 22 points and 4.5 rebounds per game while shooting 57 percent from the field over the weekend.
 
The 5-7 guard from Havelock, NC registered 21 points and five boards in the Broncos 88-54 win over Notre Dame College (Ohio). Bryant also contributed five assists and five steals on the week and currently leads the CIAA in scoring after the first week of action.
