Salem, Va. – Fayetteville State University received four nodes for CIAA Volleyball post-season accolades at an awards dinner held at the Salem Civic Center in Salem, Va.

Seniors
Teeya McLean (Tacoma, WA) and
Bojo Jada (Jamestown, NC) were named to the All-CIAA First Team as a Middle Blocker and Middle Hitter. McLean leads the conference in four statistical categories which are hitting percentages (.399), kills (3.03 per set and 61 total), blocks (1.16 per set and 71 total) and points (3.95 per set and 241 points). Jada finished the regular season with 2.19 kills per set with a hitting percentage of .202 and 39 blocks (0.46 blocks per set).
Junior
Chynna Hunt (Summerville, SC) was also named to the First Team as a utility player. Hunt ranks sixth in the conference in hitting with a .255 percentage after collecting 138 kills on the season from 341 total attacks.
Freshman
Diamond Holmes made the All-CIAA Rookie Team with the tenth best ranking of kills per set with 2.23 (174 total).

Fayetteville State will open the CIAA Semi-Finals with a 5:00 pm match against the North No. 1 Seed Virginia State University. The match will be streamed live on the CIAA Sports Network at
