John Masotti joins the Fayetteville State University golf program as a volunteer assistant coach with an extreme amount of experience within the golf industry.
Masotti has been working with students of all ages since the early 2000s. He has worked as an assistant golf professional at several golf courses including Fayetteville's Gates Four Golf and Country Club, Black Bear in Myrtle Beach, SC, and Indigo Creek towards Murrells Inlet (SC). He has also served as the head golf professional at Baywood Golf Club in Fayetteville, NC.
John Masotti played professional golf for over 12 years with top finishes from mini-tour events to the PGA Tour. He played on 14 different tours during his career.
