Majestic Moultrie joins the Fayetteville State University cheerleading program as a freshman from Albemarle, North Carolina. Bringing a strong foundation in leadership, service, and academic achievement, Moultrie is eager to make an impact both on the sidelines and in the classroom as a member of the Broncos family.
A Business Administration major, Moultrie plans to pursue a career in management and human resources after graduation. Her long-term goal is to grow into a leadership role where she can make a positive impact while building a successful professional career. Her commitment to excellence has already been evident through her accomplishments as a student-athlete, including earning the NCHSAA Scholar-Athlete Award, participating in a state championship program, and serving as a cheerleading captain during her high school career.
Moultrie approaches every performance with faith and positivity. Before games and competitions, she takes a moment to pray, focus, and remind herself to enjoy the experience. She is motivated by the opportunity to showcase the hard work her team has put in throughout practices and preparation.
Off the field, Moultrie enjoys spending time with her Bonus Mom, listening to music, reading her Bible, and investing in her personal growth. She credits her Bonus Mom as her greatest athletic influence, citing her unwavering encouragement, support, and belief in her abilities throughout her journey.
Moultrie chose Fayetteville State because of the strong family atmosphere that surrounds the university. She embraces the "Family State" culture and values the sense of pride and belonging she has found as a student-athlete. One of her most memorable experiences was cheering at her first Fayetteville State game, an opportunity that allowed her to represent the university and connect with the Broncos community.
Through her experiences at Fayetteville State, Moultrie has become more independent, confident, and determined. She takes pride in balancing academics, athletics, and personal responsibilities while continuing to develop as a leader. Her involvement in community cleanups, youth activities, and local volunteer initiatives reflects her commitment to serving others and making a positive difference in her community.
Moultrie's advice to younger athletes is to believe in themselves, stay consistent, and never let one setback define them. She believes that hard work, perseverance, and enjoying the journey are key ingredients for success both in athletics and in life.
