Jadyn McKinnie is a junior member of the Fayetteville State University cheerleading program. A native of Kenansville, North Carolina, McKinnie graduated from James Kenan High School and brings a strong background in competitive cheerleading, school spirit, and teamwork to the Broncos.
A Pre-Health major, McKinnie balances her academic pursuits with her commitment to athletics as she continues to develop both personally and professionally at Fayetteville State. Her experience in All-Star Cheerleading helped prepare her for the demands of collegiate cheer, providing a foundation built on discipline, dedication, and performance excellence.
McKinnie chose Fayetteville State because of its welcoming family atmosphere and the opportunities the university provides for students to stand out and grow. She values the supportive environment that allows student-athletes to pursue their goals while forming meaningful connections across campus.
Away from cheerleading, McKinnie enjoys vlogging when time permits and spending time with friends watching classic throwback movies. These interests allow her to express her creativity while maintaining a healthy balance between academics, athletics, and personal life.
She credits her parents, Lovlei and Mikkel McKinnie, as her biggest influences, recognizing their guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout her athletic journey. Their example has helped shape her work ethic and determination both on and off the sidelines.
