Kelsey Tripp, a native of Jupiter, Florida, joins the Broncos following a four-year stint as Livingstone College's Associate Athletics Trainer. She is a NATABOC certified and licensed athletic trainer and a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association. She supervised ten student-aid workers and held administrative responsibilities for the Blue Bears women's basketball program along with providing athletic training services for Varsity Cheer Organization.

Tripp graduated from Florida State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. She has a master's degree in Instructional Technology from the University of West Georgia. While obtaining her master's, she worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletics Trainer, where she oversaw evaluation, rehabilitation, and general care for the men's and women's track and field and cross-country teams.
